Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Orders may be cancelled within 24hrs of order being received and no later.

All refunds will be subject to a 5% card processing fee applied for processing the transaction and refund. Alternatively, the full amount can be issued as credit for the online store.

International orders may be subject to import duties and/or additional taxes or expenses incurred due to complying with foreign regulatory requirements or laws. You will be responsible for payment of any such duties and/or taxes in addition to our price including VAT and the cost of delivery. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office or taxation authority for further information before placing your order.

Such content includes but is not limited to all photographs, images, illustrations, texts, video clips, drawings, logos, registered trademarks, graphics and other materials appearing on this Site. All rights are reserved worldwide.. With the exception of personal and non-commercial use, you are prohibited from re-producing, publishing, transmitting, disseminating, displaying, erasing, deleting, adding to or modifying in any way whatsoever, creating derivative works from, selling or participating in the sales of any part of this Site. Any other use of the articles contained on this Site, including their reproduction for purposes other than your personal and non-commercial use, modification, dissemination or reproduction without High Tide London prior written consent is strictly forbidden.

Disclaimer

High Tide London has endeavoured to display its products and colours as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your monitor will be the exact match of the colour of the goods delivered. We undertake to provide as accurate and exact a service as possible; nevertheless, technical, factual and/or printing errors may occur. High Tide London online reserves the right to make changes and corrections to the website whenever necessary, without advance warning.

Privacy Policy

You consent to our Privacy Policy by making an online purchase, creating an account and/or subscribing to our newsletter.

By making an online purchase; you are granting consent to us retaining some personal data which you provide us with. Such as your name, email address, telephone numbers and addresses in order to process and deliver any orders you place. By placing an order with us you consent to your card/bank details being shared with our secure payment partners Stripe so that your payment transaction is processed. Similarly you consent to your telephone number, email address and shipping address being shared with our nominated couriers (DPD, DHL, UPS, Royal Mail and/or Skynet) and distribution facilities for fast track and/or international deliveries so that your order can be delivered, and you can be contacted by telephone on any matter regarding the status of your order(s). We accept no liability on behalf of our payment partners, couriers or distribution facilities.

Repairs

If you have a damaged item this can be returned to our studio, where we can assess whether it is possible to be repaired. Used and worn items should be returned to us washed and in a clean condition, please note items received in an unacceptable state of cleanliness will be returned without assessment or repair. Worn items that have been damaged by general wear and tear are not to be considered as faulty. Repairs may be charged dependent on the amount of work involved to fix the garment following assessment.
